Description In this subject will be developed the modern problems of Islamic jurisprudence. It will make researches over the Islamic jurists’ ideas about the new problems. In this subject it will be inquired judicial topics such as: organ transplant, copy right of the author, the care for the old people, and some other new cases regarding the women and the rights of the non Muslims leaving with Muslims. To make sure the continuity of the laws and to solve the contemporary problems. This subject aims by analyzing the solutions given by the discipline of Islamic jurisprudence for the new cases, the student should master the main aim of this science that is the owning of the ixhtihad method
Objectives To learn new ways on how to give judgments on the Islamic jurisprudence and the solution of the problems analyzing some classical issues
