Description | The purpose of this subject is the development of some fundamental cases of Islamic methodology. Some cases of Jurisprudence methodology are developed in the frame of the texts of classical method. First are treated the fundamental topics, later are made some compared readings on a chapter. Some readings are made, choosing topics such as provisions, clear arguments, suspicious arguments and rhetoric. Reading works and articles regarding the topic it is indicated how it is developed by the contemporary readers. The recognition by the students of the methodological literature, the gaining of the compared abilities and the ability of the research regarding the case are the purposes of this subject. | |||||||
