Description In this subject we will examine the sources of islamic jurisprudence and its methods of commenting. The fundamental sources of islamic inform us about the historic development and its main streams. We aim to make students able to explain and understand these provisions. Here are examined the rules of the language and the methodolgy that should be met to understand the religious texts. It also aims to resolve issues under the Islamic Jurisprudence
